The Hotel was great location and very friendly people. But it is not close to the airport. I booked it thinking it was close to the airport. But I still enjoyed my stay.

Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about area and willing to do work to help you find things. Room was great, very clean for Mexico standards. Warm water takes a while, but was some of the best we found in Chiapas. Centrally located. Breakfast restaurant was willing to work with our food needs to help us have something we could eat. We were booked for one night, but ended up staying many nights and returning here again before our flight left.

Average Place for an Average Stay
The hotel is alright for the price. It has been renovated but it is still obvious the building is quite old and hasn’t been well taken care of. The bed was large as was the room. But the towels were cheap and quite uncomfortable. There was also quite a bit of noise periodically through the night. Not on the prettiest or nicest street in Tuxtla either but close to lots of what Tuxtla has to offer, which isn’t a whole lot.

Satisfactory
Nice room, bed a little hard, nice location, very neat parque de marimba, but don’t walk after 10 pm or so would be my recommendation. Wi fi problems but may have been temporary.
