Very Clean Hotel!

This was a very clean and spacious hotel. The lobby was big and had plenty of space for our group. The only thing I wish was better was the choices for breakfast. The beds were also a little hard. Overall, a great price for what you got!

We got kicked out becuase there was urin on the bedding. We had a baby tbat peed when his diaper was changed and a person with a medical condition and got kicked out. They were extremely rude and belittling.

My only complaint was that there was no drinkable water. They had a small decorative jug of lemon water at the front and a jug in the workout room that was empty. We had nowhere to refill water bottles. Seems like a common theme in hotels though.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed in 5 hotels on this trip and the Comfort Inn & Suites Jerome was the best 2 star hotel we stayed in. It was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the board room offered a great place for me to take a multi-hour meeting. I would highly recommend this location. The breakfast was typical. The eggs seemed like they were powdered, but the rest of the food was sufficient to satisfy.
