Check in was great, staff were so kind! We left our dresses and they were kind enough to hold them so we can pick them up next weekend, when I'm able to get back up there - which is very appreciated. The only downfall is the room door/lock was ridiculous. We had to get the staff to help us get in our room. 😅 BUT she did mention they are already working on getting them all replaced. ☺️
