The service was amazing. The lady working the evening I arrived was incredibly helpful and caring. It was such a long journey for me to get there and she was incredibly accomodating when I arrived. Thank you for your awesome staff and I will definitely return if I am in the area.

The vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work. We told the front desk & they said Hilton corporate decision was to disconnect them. Does that make any sense???? Also, only fake creamer available for coffee.

Very loud guests. I was told I’d be charged a pet fee for my service animal and when I asked why, the desk told me she wasn’t a real service animal because I left without her for an hour. Very unprofessional.

didnt like there was no bathroom vent. gets steamy when showering. also the breakfast that most comperable places serve for free was twelve dollars. rooms and facility were very clean though.
