First, the staff went out of their way to give good service and to ask questions. So, the rating is NOT about any of the staff. The building itself is in poor condition, and it appears the owner spends only the minimum to provide a suitable room. Had I known that, I would have selected another hotel. An example: the shower stall floor is poorly constructed; water on the floor does not properly empty into the drain. I had to manually wipe the water towards the drain. The closet is nonexistent. I feel for the staff who work there and tried to help. The owners seem to not want to give the needed attention and investment in the building.

O recepcionista me cobrou novamente as estadias alegando que eu não havia pago no check in, como exigido pelo hotel...Acontece que eu paguei no chec in e eles me fizeram PROVAR que tinha pago na entrada para que eu pudesse sair...depois da comprovação, pediram desculpas, etc etc... Fui constrangido por uma situação gerada pela desorganização do hotel
