Es war so schön. Entspannend. Das Hotel ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Alle sind freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die drei Tage haben sich angefühlt wie zwei Wochen Urlaub. Es gibt mit soviel Ruhe und Enspannung. Eines der schönsten Aufenthalte im Schwarzwald.

Das Essen (Frühstücksbuffet und 3-Gang-Abendessen) war einfach grandios! Auch das Personal dort kümmerte sich gut um die Gäste. Als Ausgangspunkt von Spaziergängen ist das Hotel sehr schön gelegen. Leider gabs um das ganze Hotel herum eine Baustelle, die weder beim Empfang noch auf der Internetseite erwähnt wurde. Auch eine Preisreduktion wurde deshalb nicht angeboten. Das Personal am Empfang war eher abfertigend als freundlich und informativ unterwegs.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Personal u. Empfang wahren sehr Freundliche. Das Frühstück war klasse. Der Wellnessbereich u. das Schwimmbad ist richtig zum Erholen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Tage bei ihnen.

Es war perfekt. Alles sehr schön dekoriert. Das Essen am Abend einfach fantastisch. Sehr schön angerichtet. Preis, Leistung einfach genial. Zimmer auch sehr schön. Frühstück sehr köstlich und grosse Auswahl.
