On the sunny side of the tourist village Punta, hidden between palms, pines and other Mediterranean vegetation, lies the wonderful Villa DANEX STANDARD ****, in total 6 high class apartments with their own parking place, big terraces and grill place in the garden, capacity till 6 persons. All the apartments are modern designed following the EU standards and equipped with SAT-TV-LCD, phone, safe, air conditioning, coffee machine, hair dryer, microwave, Internet (free of charge). There are also an outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage (with sweet water) and sun beds with umbrellas (free of charge).

Apartment for 6 Persons: living room with 1 double sofa, SAT-TV-LCD and telephone, completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, two separate bedrooms with 2 beds each, two separate bathrooms / WC with showercab and hair dryer, passage and big terrace, situated on the park or sea side. The apartment is integrally air conditioned. The size of the apartment is approximately 65 m2 (terrace included).

Half Board (buffet breakfast and dinner) is possible on request, in the restaurant of the Wellness & Spa Hotel UMAG PLAVA LAGUNA **** situated nearby, and costs 35€ per person and day. The children 02-12 years are allowed 30% price discount. The babies 00-02 years are free of charge. The food is really great and the beverages are included, so we warmly recommend it!

In the term from 20.12.-02.01. (Christmas and New Year) wellness is included in the accommodation price!

Further, in the tourist village Punta there are a supermarket, minimarket, sport center, water sports, wellness center with fitness studio, tennis courts, beach volley and minigolf, discotheque, restaurants, pastry shops, animation center, bistro, bar, children's playgrounds, souvenir shops, hairdresser and beauty salon. The well maintained pebble, rocky and paved beach is approximately 150 meters distant and the city center of Umag 2 km.

Villa DANEX STANDARD **** is located in an unique and just ideal position: situated in a quiet tourist village Punta, away from the noise and at the same time close to the sea and the beach, not far from the center of Umag.

Villa DANEX STANDARD **** has its own professional laundry. Washing and drying costs 20€ per machine (5 kg), as well as ironing.

Schönes Appartement
Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, waren zunächst im 1. OG, hatten dann das Angebot auf Nachfrage erhalten ins EG zu ziehen, da wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Auch das verlief super einfach. Der Besitzer Zoran war immer wieder vor Ort, war für jede Frage offen, zwei kleinere Reparaturen wurden innerhalb von 30min behoben, TOP!! Der Vermieter spricht auch perfekt Deutsch, war per Email jederzeit erreichbar und hat superschnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank! Toller Service😊

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Nur die Parkplätze sind etwas knapp und leider ist auch kein Fahrradraum vorhanden.

Top Service und tolle Unterstützung bis auf Kleinigkeiten
Das Ferienwohnung hat sehr guten und sauberen Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Service war top. Die Sauberkeit war sehr sauber bis auf dem Boden, da war öfters Restschmutz vorhanden. Es ist zwar nicht mit bloßen Augen zu sehen, jedoch auf Socken oder Barfuss durch die Wohnung war das zu sehen. Es gab einige kleine Macken und wurde mit dem Manager schnell gelöst. Das private Parkplatz ist zwar vorhanden, aber wenn es mehr als 5 Autos parken, da wird es schön eng und da mussten wir die Nachbar mitteilen, dass das Auto rausfahren muss, damit wir rausfahren müssen. Ich finde das Parkplatz mit mehr als 5 Autos, wobei in der Villa 6 Wohneinheiten gibt, da nicht gut geplant. Jedoch für den Preis ist aus unserer Sicht ein wenig hoch, Sonst macht es mit allem drum herum einen sehr guten Eindruck. Ich würde trotz der einige Kleinigkeiten und den Parkplatz weiterhin empfehlen.

Die Sauberkeit in dieser Unterkunft lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wer viel Wert darauf legt mehrmals die Woche eine geputzte Wohnung auf zu finden ist hier falsch. Die Putzfrau ist leider sehr überfordert und die Wäscheberge stapeln sich vor der Unterkunft. Auf Anfrage wurden unsere Handtücher ein Mal in 7 Tagen erneuert. Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Viel Feuchtigkeit, Schimmel und ein defekter Duschkopfhalter. Außenanlage ist sehr positiv und sauber gehalten. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und reicht vollkommen für 10 Personen aus. Grillstelle und Außensitzmöglichkeiten sind angenehm zu nutzen. Die Lage ist jedoch gut. In ungefähr 5 Gehminuten erreicht man den Sandstrand. Umag Altstadt befindet sich ca. 20 Gehminuten entfernt.
