The pool and room were clean. The vending machines don't work. The checkin guy charged us $50 for room damage and didnt refund at my bank. Yes, a small town hotel. Not Gatlinburg.

Hampton Inn was very clean and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. There aren’t many options in the area however this hotel is by far the best.

The only thing I didn't like was about 2:00 a.m. the person in the room above me kept walking back and forth across the room for about an hour and at times it was more like stomping!

Great place to stay!
I found this hotel online while driving to Arkansas. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast the next day. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to sleep.
