The WiFi hardly works it continues to buffer making it difficult to watch the smart tv that is in the room and my children’s video games had a hard time connecting to the internet

Friendly check-in service however poor room quality. The carpet was disgusting, the room didn't seem as if it had been cleaned very well. There was noise all through the night from trains, people in other rooms and outside in the car park. Needs major renovation in the rooms. Looks nice from the outside but unfortunately disappointing on the inside.

My face???
This hotel is disgusting. I’ve experienced an allergic reaction due to the pillows, and it has roaches in the hotel. I only stayed for a night because my flight was cancelled so I booked the hotel because the other ones were booked and this was horrible. Never again
