the room had an odor we left sliding door open for a few hours and that helped. they are remodeling and out side is nice. the place is a great for the price. room was clean.

Always drove by this place on way to deep creek and Ohio Pyle. Wife and I wanted to get away for few days. Looked up places to stay and it got good ratings, so we tried it. Definitely would stay again. Very clean and loved the patio. Staff was extremely friendly. Hope this new ownership has much success with it

Exterior of rooms looks great with renovation. Interior of our room needs a renovation and smelled moldy. Toilet needs to be bolted down securely to the floor. Ceiling fan in bathroom did not remove humidity. Towels are still wet the next morning. Beds were very comfortable. Check in staff was very friendly.

Was not the new and renovated one that I booked for my sister held for out of town guests! An exterminator for the bugs and especially the wasps everywhere!

Not much around the area and things close early but many pros including walking distant to food, distillery, and winery. The property is serene and appreciate it being pet friendly. 15 minutes from Ohiopyle and minutes from Timber Run amphitheater. We'll definitely be back after further renovations are complete.

The setting was beautiful,the room was like a little cabin with a nice desk attached. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled check-in time as I came into the office the first thing the receptionist said to me was “ check-in isn’t until 3pm” . There was no welcome or we are happy to have you here. We were able to check-in “early “ because our room was ready. I had stayed in 5 different hotels this week and they were so welcoming and accommodating that I was surprised at the reception I received

It was delightful
If you visit The Lodge I gaurantee you will love it! So fresh, so clean, so lovely with a sweet view of a lake on your very own deck. Great place to relax with a drink after a day full of activities. I cannot recommend more!!!

We were not expecting much from this lodge and it exceeded our expectations by far. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable but it was the view from our deck that really attracted us. We loved watching the sunrise over the little lake. The staff was so friendly and helpful when asking for nearby attractions. The only issue we found was there were ants on the TV stand and desk. Not too many so it wasn't a huge hassle. We had a great experience here and are already planning to return in the fall!
