Definitely unique. Modern high rise built next to the main train station and within an indoor mall. Literally enter from inside the mall. It's in the heart of the city and there is plenty to do in terms of sight seeing, shopping, and dining. Easy peasy. Modern architecture with a unique flair.

Tiolivrendenburg Visit
Nice quiet hotel in a perfect location for visiting Tiolivrendenburg etc. Part of the railway station complex and Mall so good access and choice of food. Price was very high for a solo guest. Breakfast was an ok 6 out of 10.

Lovely hotel, would recommend!
The room was lovely and clean and very spacious. The hotel was in a great location and handy for the centre of Utrecht and the train station. We'd definitely stay here again.
