The hotel is well located for business or leisure, very close to the central train station. During my stay, there was refurbishment work going on which meant that there was a temporary reception at the side. Most importantly, there was some noise in the hotel front after 8 am in the morning which could be annoying for some people. Other than that the size, cleanliness and amenities of the room were quite good, as one would expect from Park Plaza. Last, the breafast/bar area at the top of the hotel was recently redecorated and was great!

Quite location despite lying close to the railways. Practical location, 5 minutes walk to Utrecht Central, 5 minutes to Heijn convenience store opened 7d/7 (behind the mosque...no muezzin singing-lol!). Room equipped with a safe and a minibar (empty at arrival, you fill it yourself or you order the hotel to fill it). Very clean, nice modern bathroom, spacious shower, good matrasses. Wifi free. Expeditive check-in and check-out procedures. Nice and efficient staff.

Ich habe ein sehr schlechter Eindruck von diesem Hotel, respektive des Hotelzimmers bekommen. Die Türkarte für in das Zimmer hat das erste Mal nicht funktioniert weil diese sehr wahrscheinlich schon hundert Mal gebraucht wurde und auch schon sehr aufgebraucht ausgesehen hat. Die zwei Einzelbetten haben so ausgeschaut, als ob diese schon mal gebraucht waren. Der Nachtvorhang war zerrissen und sehr schmutzig. Das ganze Zimmer war "schmudelig" und unangenehm und erinnert eher an eine "Absteige". Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für dieses Zimmer stimmt bei weitem nicht. Meine Einschätzung für dieses Zimmer pro Übernachtung wären CHF 50.00 mehr als genug. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Nicht gerade günstig, aber der super Lage mit 3 Minuten Fussweg in die Innenstadt angemessen.

Mukava hotelli rautatieaseman lähistöllä

Pros: Henkilökunta, yleinen siisteys.
Location: Rautatieasema ja kauppakeskus käytännössä aivan vieressä, vanhaan kaupunkiin n. 10min kävelymatka. Paljon ravintoloita lähistöllä.
Rautatieasema kivenheiton päässä ja vanhaan kaupunkiin n. 10min kävelymatka, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tulin ennen sisäänkirjautumista paikalle, mutta sain tehtyä kirjautumisen, avaimen sai hakea kun kirjautuminen alkoi. Kirjautumisen ohessa pystyi maksamaan kaupunkiveron, se on mahdollista maksaa myös uloskirjautuessa. Huone oli siisti ja siivous toimi hyvin. Jos ajattelet viettää aikaasi enemmänkin hotellissa, niin huone ei tarjoa muuta ajanvietettä kuin television. Hotellissa oli remppa menoillaan kun majoituin siellä ja remontti saattoi alkaa jopa 7 jälkeen aamulla. Yöpöydän laatikosta löytyivät kuitenkin korvatulpat jotka auttoivat tähän asiaan. Muista huoneista en kuullut ääniä, mutta lähistöllä olevasta moskeijasta tunkeutui kyllä rukousäänet kevyesti lävitse jos sattui olemaan samaan aikaan huoneessa ilman muita ääniä. Aamupala oli ihan ok, itsellä kuului huoneen hintaan. Jos pitäisi maksaa erikseen, niin hinta olisi kyllä liian suuri. Aulabaari on myöhään iltaan asti avoinna ja sieltä saa ruokaa vielä klo 23.00 jälkeen.
