フロントの対応
車で行き、駐車場が先着順・番号指定なのもあり電話をし、駐車場の確保をお願いしたが、空いているところを使ってくださいとのことだったので駐車し、チェックイン時に、そこは、使えないと言われた。空いていたので、よかったが、空いていなかったら、どのようになっていたのかなと。謝罪はされたが、仕組みを知っていたので、残念でした。部屋には、苦言はありません。お目汚し失礼いたしました。
