立地はとても良いが、大浴場があればなお良かった。気になったのは以下2点。 (1) チェックインもチェックアウトも全て機械化されていた。時代の流れで悪くはないが、お部屋のWIFIパスワードや、朝食の場所や時間など、テレビに案内はあるものの、チェックイン時にちょっと聞きたいことが聞けないのは不便。例えば、ルームキーカードにこれらの情報を書いてくれる等、配慮して欲しい。 (2)朝食はテレビに案内されているメニューとは異なっていた。整合性を合わせることを確認して欲しい。テレビ画面には「湯葉」とかいてあったが、実際はなかった。また、ご飯を盛るお茶碗がない。これは他のホテルでは見たことがない。人件費削減でいろいろ努力しているのかも知れないが、これは省略しすぎ。

何度も使わせてもらってます。 深夜帯でも、丁寧な接客をしてくださります。 各種案内も親切丁寧です。 朝食も美味しいです。 カーテンレールの上のほこりなど、清掃は行き届いていないようですが、目につくところは綺麗なので問題はないかと。
