The sleek and fully-equipped kitchen features a stylish breakfast bar, inviting you to gather for morning coffee or late-night chats. Step outside onto the patio and discover an entertainer's paradise - a grill for delicious al fresco meals against the breathtaking backdrop of the Rockies.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and looked just like the listing/photos. It had a wonderful hot tub right outside. The location was great, only an 8 minute walk from the gondola or you can take the shuttle that picks you up right outside. The restaurants and shops were just across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Gate code provided was incorrect and tried to make contact with number but no luck because we arrived late due to travel delays. Finally after trying other numbers we were able to get in. Bad start but otherwise everything went well from that point on.

Our stay in Vail was a delightful experience, marked by a clean and welcoming home that was ideally situated close to town. This location proved perfect for our ski trip, offering both comfort and convenience. The living space provided a cozy retreat after our days on the slopes, with every amenity we needed for a relaxing stay. However, the queen bed's tendency to sink in the middle was a slight discomfort for two people, but this was a minor hiccup in an otherwise flawless experience. The host's exemplary communication further enhanced our stay, ensuring any potential issues were swiftly addressed. Despite the bedding issue, we are eager to return and would recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and accessible stay in Vail.
