Wow, went in with high expectations and was wow'd.
The service there was very professional and friendly and wow I would absolutely stay here again if I was going back to Vancouver. The lobby bar was charming and there's also a wonderful restaurant upstairs.

This is a very new, clean, luxurious hotel. The service was excellent. The room was very high tech- automatic lights, curtains, signs. Loved where it was- we walked everywhere. The restaurant was excellent and Tim Hortons is next door for coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

I live on a very busy street at home in a building with thin windows and a tiny bathtub - sleep comes fleetingly, and my tall frame doesn't fit in the fit. My room at Azur was so comfortable that I cancelled my evening plans, took an amazing bath, then slept. True sleep. Blissful, uninterrupted, dreamy sleep.

Great location downtown within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops and the water. The room was spacious and luxurious. The only negative, although a very small one, was there were a few lit items around the room that couldn’t be dimmed or turned off such as the wireless chargers on both nightstands and the switch beside the headboard for privacy or housekeeping. They left off a pretty bright glow in the room that made it difficult to get to sleep at night. Besides that, it was a great hotel and I would stay here again

its very easy access to everything, food,stores, transpo, are all around next to this hotel. the city is walkable, 8 min walk to canada place if ur going to a cruise. housekeeping is great!

I really liked my stay at this hotel. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was while booking for the hotel. It was showing a pool and a hot tub included at the facility. Later on, we were told there’s no pool or hot tub at the facility. However, we were given two vouchers to visit a YMCA facility with pool and hot tub.

Absolutely beautiful property. The rooms are next level beautiful with heated floor bathrooms and beautiful esthetics. The only issues we had was that check in took 40 mins after the check in time we were allowed for. We had to wait quite sometime. And when we would request to have an extra towel or when the concierge called to advise that they would bring our Uber eats to our room, or to have the valet bring our car, they simply would not. So service in this respect was not the best. Need to give acknowledgment to Alexander at concierge who was spectacular in service.
