Don’t always trust first impressions.
When we first arrived for check-in, there was an irate customer pacing and yelling in the lobby. The manager on duty was extremely professional in getting the customer out of the lobby as to not disturb the other guests. He handled the situation with grace swiftness which made me feel better about staying there. After dealing with him they were able to check us in quickly. The room was great and the rest of our stay was fabulous and relaxing.

A great, quiet stay. The pool was wonderful, and the air temperature in the pool room was nice & warm! Having the riverfront trail so close was a great walking experience.

All around the hotel was very nice. Our bathroom was a bit dirty, as was the floor, but the rest was great. Clean outside and nice breakfast.

The bathroom situation was terrible. Barely enough room to get in and close the door. The room entryway is very narrow, hard to have a baggage cart and navigate putting bags away. Fan in bathroom did not work very well and hot water was warm never hot. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There was something sticky on the floor by the bed 😬 Breakfast was nice, had a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The pool area was decent; however, towels were nonexistent at times. Light in the room was very dim, even with all the lights on.
