“Lay over” for a cruise. Shuttle service from airport while not quick, was efficient. Extremely clean lobby and breakfast area.

This hotel was right next to the Canada Line making the location perfect for travel to downtown or the airport. The bus to BC. Ferries is also very close. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast offered lots of variety.

Near airport, but outdated hotel
Hotel is very dated. Needs a major renovation. No shampoo in shower (had conditioner & lotion). Close to the airport. We only stayed 1 night for early morning flight.

Located across the street from a lovely chop shop. The day we stayed the staff had all but given up. Elevator had broken. Housekeeping had started a revolt. Getting a room even with a year old reservation was a miracle. They had people bedded down in the breakfeast room. Great thing is that being Vancouver all these people had to ask for a key for the one bathroom, and in the lobby it was standing room only. We got a room, but was charged double as a "security" hold. Room itself was a pleasant place to hide out during the staff revolt. Shuttle surprisingly did actually show up the following morning and I was shocked when we ended up at the airport and not some back alley about to parted out. Vancouver is an expensive visit to a demilitarized zone and this motel really should be its spokesperson.

I wasn't sure about the area the hotel was in, but it turned out to be just fine. The staff was super, the rooms were comfortable and had the amenities you would expect. There was free breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport. I would certainly stay here again.
