Loved this hotel. Excellent king size suite, bed was very comfortable. Free Breakfast an added bonus. Staff were very nice, cheerful and helpful. We will be booking this hotel again.

The room was clean. The mattress, sheets, towels and everything seemed very clean. The customer service was nice they were very friendly. The breakfast was very basic but included, so that is nice. Its in a rough neighborhood, very industrial, road traffic, and quite dirty. There was some really loud banging coming from one of the nearby factories which was constant throughout many of the days but hushed down at night The inn definitely houses a lot of people on a month-to-month basis especially on the main floor it seems, where pets are allowed. There was a lot of In and out traffic of sketchy looking people between rooms and some of the rooms had bad smells coming from them, including cigarettes, dirty stink, etc ..definitely drug users, etc . I even think someone was living in their truck in their parking lot On our second night there, a full police SWAT team with guns aimed, came in and barricaded off the room next to us looking for the person inside.. eventually finding him in another room down the hall. Despite all this, within our room, it was quite peaceful and the customer service was good overall and the rates are reasonable, comparatively. If they want higher ratings/better reviews, they should probably have higher standards on who stays there, especially long term.. they didn't seem to care at all, and acted like the swat police incident was normal... Overall, nice place but lots of sketchy people, making it feel less safe and comfortable
