Oh, that was a good escape staycation! The foods and drinks in the resto are all so yummy.Service staffs are all nice and very considerate with our request. I am happy that i did mistake for our hotel booking instead of other Marriott i booked at this hotel.We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary here and yes they gave us complimentary drinks and chocolates plus greeting card that made us special.Definitely I recommend this hotel! Thank you guys for the excellent service!

I had an amazing stay! The location is excellent, with everything just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is a great place to stay as far as the location. The hotel staff were all outstanding and they made us feel welcomed. I had no issue with the staff or the hotel itself. However, as far as the city itself goes, it’s an absolute shame to see the hundreds and hundreds of homeless people who are addicted to drugs. They’re wandering aimlessly and sleeping and urinating wherever they choose on the street or in a public park.

We have stayed here a few times and it is always very nice. They take and store our E Bikes at no charge. We ride to Granville Island, Stanley Park, Walk to BC place for soccer matches, Robson for shopping... very convenient. The restaurant is not very good. The surrounding area... especially down West Hastings is sadly filled with homeless and rather dangerous area. The hotel itself is in a fine area.... just a few blocks down is not so good.
