Didn’t start off great, Google has the wrong address for these guys so the taxi dropped me off in the cold at night a couple blocks away. They’re not clear about the availability of the shuttle. And the room is small and dingy and poorly lit. Overpriced too.

Pros. Well priced. Handy to airport. Free parking. Larger room Cons. No tv in living area..just in bedroom Rented a suite which was large enough but no way to close off living room from bedroom area. They said it was a.newly rennovated suite but not sure. Tiling in shower had some mouldy spots. Extra ...Not much soundproofing from floor above with laminate flooring. Water in shower just warm enough. The pool and gym were both closed for mauntenance. However, all in all i thought for the price it was a hood deal. . Cant do anything about noise and room was nice and large. Free parking a big plus too.

Very good stay - lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was excellent. One suggestion - a curved shower rod would have made the shower experience a bit more comfortable for my 6’7” 250 lb partner!! It was a bit tight with a straight rod.

It is an extremely convenient location for youth sport competitions at the Richmond Oval, at a relatively reasonable price. I was particularly impressed by the customer service of the concierge/bell man in his efforts to help me locate a lost item left behind in my room. The bathroom could use some attention in the corners, but I will return for the next competition weekend.
