Older, but well-loved hotel. Feels a bit upscale, but fails at it overall. Interesting rooms, well cared for. A good value for the Vancouver area, but not compared to offerings in other nearby cities. Pretty good service, good communication, no fee surprises... although their description says free parking, they said they were doing me a favor by not charging me a parking fee. I would go back.

No towels in my room upon checkin When I called down to get towels brought up, the Front desk person had taken the phone off the hook to talk to his friend Room service asked us to leave early. Said the hotel was busy and we should leave early so they didn’t need to wait for checkout time to get the room cleaned for the next guest.

It was a great place to stay, convenient and close to many amenities. The room was recently renovated and it was clean. With it being an older building the noise insulation between rooms could have been better but my night was quiet and slept well. It was great that the AC was not noisy at all.
