Excellent location, walking distance to lots of attractions including BC Place. Concierge was very helpful. Hotel is very nice with lovely Christmas decorations this time of year. Only wish that the rooms were more soundproof.

Came into Vancouver for the ERAS tour and stayed at the Fairmont. Amazing location - it was a 10 min or so walk from BC place! It was also close to the station and many places to eat and shop at! The service was great especially because we arrived late and were given quick accommodations even late into the evening. The room was nice and spacious! Love all the Le Labo products provided for guests. Overall it was a great experience and props to the employee who told us about all the Taylor Swift signs nearby :)

The corner room was very chilly and the heater didn't work until a repair guy came to turn it on. could use a user details for the heating system. The heating fan was very loud but I managed to heat the room enough so I could switch it off to sleep. The bathroom was also very cold. The pool was excellent!!! Bed and room layout very comfy. would recommend to others. Hopefully the construction means there might be a hottub or sauna with the pool in years to come :)

The heater wasn’t working well. The room was stuffy and hard to breathe inside. Also the beds are too soft and lumpy so I couldn’t sleep well as I could at other high end hotels
