The digital clock is slow. we didn't validate it when we got in so our routines (bed time, medicine time...) were all delayed. The clock should be replaced with a new one.

I had a very disappointing stay at Grand Park Hotel. To start, we were promised breakfast, but none was provided. Additionally, the phone in our room didn’t work, making it difficult to contact the front desk for assistance. Worst of all, the internet never worked during our entire stay, which was very frustrating as we needed it for work and personal use. We really felt trapped since the hotel did not allow us to cancel our booking. Overall, we regret booking this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to others. We had to use our data roaming which will cost fortune now. If we need our internet we had to call the tech company ourselves and spend half hour to get internet connection. They were not able to help us with internet connection. Really bad experience

Perfect hotel for one night, after a long flight. Airport shuttle was on time. Spacious, very clean room and bathroom, good bed, quiet, no noisy A/C. Good night‘s sleep. That was all I wanted. No complaints.
