Great location, comfortable room. If you're considering Sandman downtown vancouver, YWCA or Hotel Blu, just know that those hotels surround this one so you can take your pick of the lot. there is a coffee shop and restaurant attached, but nothing to write home about. Definitely want to stay here if attending an event at the arena - its literally across the road. they do offer a free breakfast in the mornings but be aware of the times because they shut that down right at 10am/9am so dont think you can wander in late.

Pleasant stay for 1 night in a corner suite. Room was very clean. Didnt try the fitness suite so cant comment on that. Only thing preventing me giving 5 stars was the quality of the breakfast buffet. But that said, there were plenty of food and drink options. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Antonio assisted me with my luggage while waiting for Uber. He also tried to flag down the driver when I notice the car passing the drive thru lobby area. Too bad I was not carrying cash for tip. System for grayline sight seeing tours was not compatible w/ Apple Pay. No worries- I used another physical credit card. Some staff at breakfast were a little grumpy. We all have bad days! Maybe more breaks for staff so they are not burned out. Great location in very busy city area. Liked the card sensors for entering elevator floor numbers and Beatty lobby doors. However, a man in a suit walked in behind me and I think he was trying to use atm. I was a little a worried. I hope he was a customer 9/26/24 around 8-ish. Felt secure after greeting staff and in elevator. Thank you.

Front desk clerk who checked me in had an attitude problem. Stated multiple times that he appreciated that I was a long time Hilton Honors member but was not going to credit my Hilton Honors account to the stay because did not have to since this was purchased through Expedia instead of going directly through Hilton. He could have said something like policy was, or something similar. Instead, it was all about the little bit of power he thought he was entitled to. I was tired after driving all day and did not want to argue with him, thus the negative review.

Perfectly located. Everything is walkable. Restaurants, bars and shops are all close by. Surprisingly nice continental breakfast. I definitely would book it again.
