Directions to elevator for shuttle pickup not really accurate. Elevators near information desk outside of Customs area. Hotel is old and dated. Property is clean. Staff and service is good. Bed comfortable. TV did not work properly (need battery in remote??). Close walk to a really good restaurant.

Convenient hotel for airport stay

Nice hotel. The room was really hot, not sure if the air conditioning was working properly. We had stayed here so we could park our car and get a shuttle to and from the airport. Our return flight landed at 2 am and when we called for the shuttle, we were told it doesn't run past midnight. We got a cab which was $28. For that reason i rated the service lower but the staff were nice. The coffee machine in the lobby was convenient.

Great staff when we arrived and made check in easy. Room dated and hair in the shower and paper on the floor in the bathroom. Guy on front desk in the morning couldn’t seem bothered to help us with a query and didn’t even acknowledge us on checkout . Won’t be staying here again !

It’s super convenient for someone who has an early morning flight. Their shuttle to the airport starts at 4am. Room was clean and hallway smells good.
