General manager was very condescending when I asked for an early check in. I understand you didn't have any room available, but I expect someone in your position to act in a more professional and respectful manner. Definitely not staying at this place again if this is the standard you set for customer service.

Staff was excellent. Room was good value for price with mini-kitchenette. Room was very clean and in quiet section of hotel. There was an adjustable reclining, comfortable chair. Only a room darkening shade was provided for the window. Work table chair was good. There was no complimentary breakfast. A mini store had a variety of items for purchase at elevated price though. A wide variety of TV channels were available. Motel seemed in new condition.

We’ve got family in the area of our stay and have had horrible prior experiences and by far hands down the My Place was as close to our expectations for cleanliness as we can get and have high compliments for this location and staff! So happy to have somewhere to be comfortable with our frequent visits.

This hotel has become my go to spot for visits to Vancouver. It's quiet, good location, clean, no frills place to stay. Rooms are nicely equipped and comfortable. Like the singles with large recliner to kick back, work on laptop, etc. One thing about location; GPS will tell you first left after Popeyes, but it's like the 3rd driveway. Something to know on a dark rainy night.

Beautiful room. Large and spacious. Sheets hadn’t been changed from the prior person. We had a 9:30pm check in. It was 12:30am by the time we were settled in the room and showered. So we just slept on top of the covers. Too exhausted to deal with a room change at that time of the night. Then during the night someone broke into the car next to ours. Backed in the back

The location offers several dining options within walking distance and several more within minutes drive. My Place was extremely busy and noisy in the lobby, luckily this wasn't the case on the other floors. Though I would say that the carpets do need a deep clean.
