Beautiful Property
The hotel is beautiful. The property is in a great location very close to the sky train. 30 min train to YVR airport. No need for car or uber. Very close to bus stops. Friendly volunteer available for advice. Our room was beautiful and well appointed. My only complaint was mildew in shower grout which was quickly and thoroughly cleaned when i brought it to their attention.

Although on the expensive side with extra fees, I still enjoyed my stay. I was delighted to be able to check in early as my designated room was already cleaned. My harbourview room was excellent in every way, fabulous view, clean and comfortable.

Sunday breakfast buffett was a ridiculous price and the food quality was poor. Purchase the normal morning breakfast, which was still expensive but much better quality and better choices. They have a coffee pod machine but no pods. Later we found them stored in a bureau sock door. Room clean our first day occurred at 4 PM just as we were coming in after a day of sightseeing

The property location is good however the traffic was slow moving around the hotel. The hotel parking is expensive so consider that if you have a car. The pool area was nice with a good view over the water. The room was acceptable, nothing special.
