We've stayed at the Pan Pacific in previous years (although we live only an hour away) mostly for my son to attend the Pokemon Regionals Tournament. The Pan Pacific offers almost everything you'd want with regard to a great location, close to local transportation, food choices etc. and the staff have always been fantastic. This time was even better with the upgrade to a suite which included access to the Pacific Club Lounge and all it offers. Each staff member we came into contact with was pleasant, polite, professional and friendly - it was a great experience.

One of the things I really appreciated was the text service. I needed the address for our taxi driver and the response from the hotel was immediate. Very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Definitely one of the best hotels if you're staying downtown Vancouver. The hotel itself is pleasant to walk through and offers many things to do such as explore shops, restaurants, spa options, and even just relax in the lobby and soak in the harbor views. I would highly recommend the valet parking as it's only a small price different from the public parking (which is still attached to the hotel). The Waterfront station is nearby which gives you easy access to almost any part of Vancouver you'd like to go. Canada Place is right on location, and the shuttle network for tourist attractions is also on site. Hotel itself was clean, staff were welcoming and patient, the breakfast buffet is wonderful and the whole team at Pan Pacific are plugged in and great at what they do. 5 stars!
