Stay was just OK. Hotel rooms are dated and ugly with ancient tv's (although bed was comfy.) Paper cups in the room felt cheap. When I asked for a wine glass they told me to go downstairs and get it myself. The staff seemed exhausted and irritable. Location is good, but I would not stay here again unless there was some kind of crazy deal on price.

I have stayed at the Fairmont and Wall a few times and other than the view, I would not rate this hotel even close to those. I don’t like being mickle and dimed. Booked through Expedia so didn’t get hotel membership privileges. Bathroom lighting could be improved. Staff were friendly. For $400 a night (including parking), I think I’d stay somewhere else next time.
