Property was fine. I was on the main floor and would have preferred up one. Construction was happening for 2 nights 11 to 3 am so hugely interrupted my sleep. Staff helped me figure out the sky train a few blocks away.

The hotel is be construction remodeling all building three floors on we living there, very noisy the saw machine, we can’t sleep whole day.

Ad states 24 hour shuttle. Actually no shuttle after midnight. I emailed well ahead of time letting them know we arrived at YVR 12:22 am. They did not let me know about no shuttle until we arrived and were told to take a cab. There were 7 of us…3 were children. Unacceptable!!!

We finally gave up on the shuttle after 3 phone calls, being on hold for 15 minutes, and a 90 minute wait. This is unacceptable for a domestic flight, and made worse by a lack of response from the reception staff, who simply deferred to management who never spoke to me about this. While the property is OK, don’t bother with their airport shuttle, get a cab for $20 instead!

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms because of the noise from renovations. Breakfast was good. The shuttle driver was not a confident driver, he got us to the airport but it was stressful driving with him. We would stay there again as it was convenient and affordable.

The property is close to the LRT line and has a free shuttle to the airport. Although we left before the breakfast, the selections looked good. They are currently undergoing renovations in the lobby and some corridors. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There are plenty of food options within about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Shopping is also nearby. Shuttle driver was a little late and still had more pickups to do, so give yourself a little extra time. Rooms were clean and tidy. A fine place to stay at a reasonable cost.

The shuttle did not arrive. I was told it was coming. I waited for over an hour and had to take a taxi (it was now well past midnight and I had been travelling for over 20 hours). The night light in my room did not have a light bulb. I never realized managing a hotel was so, so difficult (please note the sarcasm).
