The third floor is under renevation and there is not prior notice on that at all.

This property is terribly unclean. Stains on floors, sheets, walls. Hair all over bathroom.dirty sock left in our bed and used qtips on floor. Coackroaches and mouse droppings. The front desk was unhelpful. Told that it was in this state because it is under renos. Horrible. Pictures are BERY MISLEADING.

It was unique that their breakfast was at the restaurant next door. What we did not like was the hall way floors were dirty. The pool was being used for a private swimming lesson. When we used the hot tub the jets did not seem to be working, and when we got ourselves some water to drink that they had available there the staff assumed we were drinking alcohol. Also, when we checked out in the morning we asked the staff to email us a copy of the bill which we did not receive.

I ‘ve stayed at this facility several times but not recently but the overall quality of the hotel seems to have deteriorated since my last stay. The room carpet was very dirty with stains and there was a bad smell like mold and mildew in the room. We tried sleeping with the windows open but very noisy.

This place is disgusting! The carpets are stained and disgusting and the bathroom drain is partially clogged!. The shower is incredibly outdated and dirty as well. Overall avoid this place! I'm surprised it doesn't have bed bugs

We loved everything about the hotel but the carpets were very dirty. Stains all over. Didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. We informed customer service hoping for a better room but they weren’t even remorseful about it. Not even sorry about it. Said they are clean and are planning renovations and that was it. Unfortunately we forgot to get a photo of the carpets They were unbelievably stained.

Everything is good about our stay in this property. Maybe they need to have some variety on the breakfast menu because we stayed for two nights but the breakfast is the same choices for both days. But overall, it’s still good. I enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.
