The room was dirty, I found a pair of men’s underwear behind the tv. I used the air conditioning and fell sick the whole week. TV had no remote control, there were several unsavoury people around the property.

They were repaving parking lot. They posted that the lot would be closed at 8am but still called our room two different times, 45 min apart to see if our car was in wrong lot. (It wasn't) They then came to our door knocking to ask if our car was in the wrong lot, again. The hot tub and pool were closed for construction. The room smelled of so much deodorizer spray, it was overpowering. We opened the windows for several hours to make it liveable. The bed was so hard, it felt like sleeping on concrete. To put it nicely, we won't be back.

My friends were unable to checkin without me even though I called ahead and was told they could. Three towels for 4 people, no iron and then insisted we already had an iron when we asked for one. Poor bedding, called desk for extra blankets and none arrived. I used my picnic blanket from my car and wore layers to bed! And 3 pillows on each queen for 2 people in a bed?? Creaky, uncomfortable beds. Need to update amenities and provide better communication. Would not stay there again.

The rooms and hall were very musky stinky. Beds were horrible. Lamps didn’t work. Showers were horrible. No staff at the desk. Bums and trash outside. 10/10 don’t recommend.

The room smelled like cigarettes and felt very dirty. Horrible pillows and mold on the windows and ceiling. I always take reviews with a grain of salt and we only needed a one night stay but the bad reviews are correct. Would never stay here again.

So the room was updated but the building it was in was not. Room and bathroom clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. The room had wooden floors and was huge. The Taco Bell drive thru was by building didn't hear any noise. Would stay again

I had arrived 30 mins early and they didn't bat an eye at letting me check in. Everything was clean and quite and the bagged breakfasts were great, you didn't have to mill around the kitchen, just grab and go.
