I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my partner and I had during our stay on the night of August 31st, Iwhich was meant to be a special occasion as it was our wedding night.
We booked a suite, expecting a comfortable and memorable stay, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the room. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and worse, the linens, including the flat sheet, fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases, had a strong, unpleasant odor—resembling either human sweat or a musty smell. It was unbearable.
We contacted room service to request fresh linens, but it took approximately 30 minutes for someone to come. When the attendant finally arrived, it was clear he did not understand our request. We had to explain and point out what we needed, but even then, he only returned with a woollen blanket. After more explanation, he finally brought us a fitted sheet, but by this time, it was already 2 a.m. We were exhausted, so we had no choice but to change the fitted sheet ourselves and remove the stinky duvet and flat sheet. We ended up using the woollen blanket for the rest of the night.
This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a special and intimate night for us. We did not expect this level of service, especially on such an important occasion. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of both your room conditions and staff training to ensure other guests don’t face the same disappointment.
