Great location and atmosphere. Love the valet service and easy transportation options. Very nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds/bedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!

Management is cheap and pure capitalism. I had an issue and management didn’t even respond to my complaint until six days later. Smokers and cigarette smoking everywhere surrounding the property. Not good for health or family.

Checking in took a long time. Staffing was insufficient for the start of check-in time. Only one counter open on the casino side and two on the parkade side. The customer lines were easily twenty minutes. The room was clean except for the shower, there were lots of hairs on the shower wall. Overall the room was good, the bathroom nice and spacious. The bed was not great, had a caved in area on one side, but the pillows were nice and plump.
