Make sure you're not handicapped!
We arrived from a cruise early and were told our rooms would be available at noon. Three hours later, one of the rooms still wasn't available. The room that was available was supposed to be handicapped accessible for my wheelchair bound sister in law. The room had nothing but a bar in the shower. Not that it really mattered, since she can't stand in the shower, and no shower seat was provided. While it was a nice looking property, it fell far short of meeting our needs. I'll never stay at a Sandman hotel again.

Both doors ( patio and room door) could only be closed with force. Patio door was so diffucult to close i had to slam it closed and even then it was next to impossible to lock. patio was directly in front of the roof access point, including a ladder in front of my patio. Incredibly unsafe for anyone. The coffee machine was filthy and spat hot steam consistently. I cleaned it but decided against making coffee for myself. Mold on the shower curtain. The front desk staff was very kind when I brought up my concerns at checkout and assured me they would be dealt with. The restaurant ( CHOP) service was also horrendous. Waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged even though i was walked by and clearly noticed. Only 6 others in the restaurant so they were by no means busy. Wouldnt stay here again even though the outdoor area is lovely and staff are kind it is absolutely not worth the 300$

It’s fair… it’s an overnight stay, the room was “okay”. But the elevator floor/carpet was not vacuumed. Even the following day! So dirty & filthy. Even on the ground floors/carper were not vacuumed. Alfredo from front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

The shuttle bus helps a lot, if you decide to take a taxi keep in mind that there is another sandman hotel close by so you don’t get confused

I paid $335 US for the mini suite. I could not fully close the sliding glass door because the hotel had installed a portable A/C unit in the room because of complaints about the ability of their A/C system to cool the room. I felt like I overpaid for the room.

We had a great stay. The staff was excellent our only complaint would be we were returning from a two week vacation so had a lot of luggage and very long walk to our room. Room 231. Shuttle driver was also excellent

My reveiw is a litlle unfair due to the fact my room was in a week slated for a re model. The rooms were clean and the staff was great but thr provincial wing of the hotel is in need of of a reno which its is getting but for the price i paid i would have expected a room in a better part of the hotel.
