This hotel is deceiving—small, with most rooms on the 4th floor. Water-view rooms are limited, and at $300 USD for two nights, it wasn’t worth it. My corner room faced the ice rink, not the water. The food and coffee were disappointing, and overall, the experience fell short of expectations. One of my biggest frustrations was the gym. It’s off-site, requiring a 10-minute walk, which I was willing to do despite a recent snowstorm. But when I checked, I found out it doesn’t even open until 8 a.m.—a major letdown since I was up at 6 a.m. ready to work out. I figured I’d grab a coffee and relax in the lobby, but there was no coffee and no real lobby. Nowhere to sit, unwind, or escape your room. The hotel is simply too small for that. To make matters worse, the front desk joked, "This is the lobby," pointing to the front door. It was 6 a.m., cold, rainy, and they had no amenities—completely unprofessional. Unless you book a water-view room and don’t mind the cost, skip this place. There are better hotels nearby. .

We like the area. Some finishings in hotel room were worn and need replacing. Room was small compared to comparable hotels in area. Staff were helpful and room was very clean.

Loved the location of this hotel in the Shipyards district The close proximity to the pier made for enjoyable walks with plenty of great restaurant options. Even though we didn’t use the sea-bus on this trip, the fact that it is super close is very convenient. The hotel was just as described, clean, comfortable and staff were great. Would recommend the add on breakfast option when booking.

The location is excellent. Valet staff was very kind and took good care of our vehicle. The front staff was okay but gave confusing directions. The room was very clean and we had a beautiful side view of the water. We did not know we would be staying by a public skating rink that would be noisy until 10 pm. That was very disappointing. The breakfast at the restaurant was disgusting. Do not waste your money. There are so many options around. We sat in a dark booth and the food was undercooked and the bread was hard. Good coffee though. We will probably try a different place next time.
