Uncommon grace and friendly staff. BEAUTIFUL hotel. BRUNO restaurant may be the best meal I've ever had. Gorgeous decor. Would recommend whole heartedly. Check in was so pleasant. Wish it was downtown so I didn't have to stay there and only when flying!!

Easy check in process, helpful and friendly staff. Property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Pool area is clean, nice heated pool good size and great hot tub. The room is very spacious, amazing deep soaker tub and beautiful shower. The bed is super comfortable and plush. Luxury hotel with great prices

It was clean and nice. The pool is heated so I was able to swim while it was raining. Had good free shampoo and conditioner and loved the nespresso. Very limited tv options and I couldn’t get my phone to connect to the tv even tho it was a feature available. Maybe because I’m from the us. The bathtub was smaller then it looked in the pictures but loves the heated bathroom floors.

A breath of fresh air!I like the floral wallpaper in the bedroom.You can request for a microwave if you need one.Drinking water will be brought to your room when you need it(there’s a pitcher already in the room,just ask for refill)Bathroom was spectacular,floor tile was heated.T’was a beautiful experience.

I love staying at Versante. The girl at the front desk always remembers me and makes me feel so valued. The hotel itself is second to none - the rooms are stunning! We ate at Bruno, and it was delicious as always!

We stay one night in Versante hotel. The bathroom floor in this hotel is extremely slippery; I almost slipped and fell. It's quite unsafe to use. Additionally, the soundproofing is terrible – noise from outside comes through very clearly, making it hard to sleep at night. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

The room was great. The lobby was small and not impressive. The area around the hotel was vacant lots and not conducive for walking or shopping. Scary when dark. Noisy from planes and traffic.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night 2 days for our anniversary trip to Vancouver. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was nice; modern, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was the highlight of the room for me. Big shower with a rainfall shower head and an adjustable shower head, they could both spray at the same time. The bathtub was beautiful and big. There was a city view next to the bathtub and his & hers sink. The Richmond Night market was within walking distance of the hotel so that’s where we ate dinner. Keep in mind the market is seasonal. We also spent time in the outdoor pool and hot tub which is open year round. Being in a hot tub with the chilled autumn air around us was lovely. And the view from the pool area on the 6th floor was decent. Our only con is there was a foul odor of BO in the elevator and lobby but luckily it wasn’t in the hallway or room so it was easy to look past. The parking garage seemed safe, although parking is not free. And it was a short drive from the hotel to Downtown Vancouver. Overall I enjoyed our time at this hotel and would definitely come back. The price on Expedia was a great deal and well worth it. If you’re thinking about staying here, do it. You won’t regret it.
