House in a village of 929 inhabitants 14 km. from León capital. It has all the necessary comforts, it is cozy, completely restored 10 years ago, it combines its adobe structure to be cool in summer but with modern materials that gives it a special appeal. Although the rent is from the house alone, the owners will allow them to share with their family the beautiful porch outside the house, the pool and the estate of almost 3000 meters. without any additional cost.
On the porch there is a grill so you can enjoy your barbecues.
It is wonderful in summer to be able to eat or dine on the porch and contemplate the green, flowers and trees, and when you go to rest know that you have no noise and you will be relaxed.
The house has mosquito nets on all windows.

A proximité de la belle ville de Leon (10mn), la maison est dans un village calme avec une piscine d eau salée agreable. Les proprietaires dans la maison attenante sont discrets et ont à coeur que leurs hotes passant un bon moment.

La casa tiene de todo y está muy bien cuidada. Si hace buen tiempo, como fue nuestro caso, es un lujo poder hacer una barbacoa en la parcela y darte un baño en la piscina. Los dueños, Tinina y su marido, nos trataron estupendamente y nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto. Viven en la casa adyacente y están siempre atentos para facilitarte cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar.

No le falta detalle, es luminosa, amplia y práctica, y lo que mas me ha llamado la atención ha sido su pulcritud. La amabilidad de los dueños te lleva a una sensación de familiaridad que la sientes como tuya. Volveremos!!!
