Alessandro was a wonderful host who ensured we had goid directions to the property. The location in Carnareggio is central to Rialto and St Mark's. The accommodations were very ckean and had just whatcwe needed.

Property was down a quiet alley, away from the hustle of the main streets but still close enough guests can easily walk everywhere. Room was very clean, with all furniture and amenities looking new and crisp. Host provided many extra treats for guests (breakfast sweets/free refreshments in the fridge etc). Only downside is house keeping is advertised as once (per stay) but we didn’t receive over the period we were there. Host was super friendly and helpful and I would happily stay again/refer this space to others.

Excellent host, went above and beyond for us. Communicated through WhatsApp to ensure we found the hotel easily and sent us directions which were very easy to follow! We were near everything we needed. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! :)

Absolutely immaculate! Perfect location. Alessandro greeted us and went above and beyond for our whole stay. The air con was bliss. Close to many dining options but is just off the beaten track so very quiet. Couldn’t fault anything. Would recommend anyone stay here! :)

A good and convenient place to be based for your time in Venice. Walking distance to everything. The room is as per the pictures and clean and well kept. Drinks and snacks provided as a welcome gift along with toiletries for your stay. Alessandro provided details on how to get to the apartment from the Ca d Or vaporetto (water bus) stop which is not far. He also provided recommendations for places to eat and things to see. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property with a great host
We checked out today after an amazing 2 nights here. I usually don't write reviews but credit is due here. We had an early morning flight and I asked Alessandro if we could leave our bags there before check in. Alessandro got the room ready for us before the usual check in time instead (this will not always be possible of course) which was really kind of him. The room itself was clean, comfortable and has everything you would need. There is a welcome basket with tea, coffee, snacks and drinks. The toiletries are of high quality too. The location is key- walking distance of all the attractions, restaurants and a mini supermarket. The property is only 6 mins walk from the water taxi, easy to find with Alessandro's instructions or google maps. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous Family Stay
Our stay in Venice was outstanding. Alessandro is an excellent host. We arrived very early, and he was gracious enough to let us drop off our bags in our room and freshen up a bit before we could check-in. The room was very comfortable for the three of us; the couch was made into a bed for our teen. The location is ideal; everything is within walking distance. We loved our morning cappuccino and croissant at the cafe nearby while our teenagers slept in. I highly recommend this location.

My wife and had an amazing short stay at Ca Patron. The service and hospitality were top notch and the room was very quaint, comfortable, clean, modern, well-furnished and quiet. The air conditioning was nice and cold and the shower plenty hot and roomy for a tall man. We loved it! A true Venice experience and an excellent value. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Ciao!

A Peaceful Stay in Venise. During our two-night stay in Venise, we were amazed by the attention to detail in the property that Alessandro, the host, had clearly put his heart into developing this place. Alessandro is a great host and very helpful. As a light sleeper who is very sensitive to noise and requires a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, I was delighted to find that the hotel is located on a quiet street and the room is soundproof. This was a huge relief for me, as I was able to sleep well and rest peacefully. I woke up feeling refreshed the next day, which is not always the case when I travel.
