Excellent location. Easily walkable from the train station (about 10 minutes walk with baggage). Staff was very helpful and always available. Staff offered fantastic recommendations for food and cash exchange. Location is very clean and well maintained. Location had a balcany to sit out on and enjoy a glass of wine while people watching and taking in the environment. The location held our baggage after check out safely so we could explore the city more.

Excellent knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms were quiet although hotel in a bustling part of town. Comfortable beds and rooms. Great proximity to train and bus stations. Easy to get to Marco Polo Airport. I would stay there again. Highly recommend.

This hotel was fantastic! Clean, quiet, cozy, close to the train station and taxi boat, in a less touristy part of Venice. The only downside was that the room was on the smaller side but that was fine! Francesca at the front desk was always helpful and cheerful! Zina made us the best coffee we had in Venice! Grazie mille!!!

The staff was very responsive to my texts, booked restaurants for me, and polite. They didn’t have bandaid, which I thought was odd for a hotel. The room was small but sufficient for one guest. They had body lotion and hair conditioner, which are rare to find at hotels in Italy! No complimentary water.

I had a wonderful stay at Arcadia this past weekend. The location is superb, in the middle of the main bustling street, close to 2 different vaporetto stations, one of which has the water bus to/from the airport. My single room was compact but felt spacious enough and clean. Breakfast was good enough, and the staff was kind. Would love to go back and stay here again!
