Location is great and really close to top Venice attractions. Rialto bridge is literally around the corner.
Bar downstairs can be noisy though and a little hard to pass through at night (walking back to hotel) with the bar patrons blocking the alley.
Room was very small but well-kept and clean.
Staff- it depends on who’s at the front desk. The really nice one was Carolina. Super nice and helpful. The other staff were a little grumpy and hard to ask questions to.
A lovely hotel, great location close to Rialto and a short walk to San Marco. Nice rooms, very clean except for the proximity to a local bar and the crowd that came with it making it difficult to get to the hotel. But i did know this before arrival, so not a complaint just mentioning it.
This hotel was fantastic. While at first a bit hard to find this accommodation is in a great location that is walking distance from the Rialto Bridge. Staff were great, and the rooms were clean and had AC which worked well. There is a bar close to the hotel that could be busy at night but we found the noise wasn't disruptive during our stay. Transport to the main Venice train station Santa Lucia was easily accessible on the vaporetti near Rialto Bridge. Highly recommend!
The hotel was very nice, clean, and with friendly staff. I appreciated them keeping my luggage safe on the day I checked out until I was ready to pick it up.
Great experience. The staff was friendly and it was a safe area for a girls trip. Getting a water taxi from the hotel was seamless. Quick walk to the rialto bridge and close to the shops.
The hotel is in the center of everything walking distance. What I truly love is the location because it’s just a few minutes away from the main center yet is quiet. The owners are two sister that are lovely and very helpful. If I comeback to Venice again I will stay in this hotel. Thank you for the service
We were checked in by an obviously stressed person. In later interactions, she was very helpful, though, so i will blame the August heat of Venice. The front desk staff was genial and friendly as we came and went. They were very helpful in storing our luggage after checkout.
We had a triple that was quite small. In comparison, the room was smaller than any of the 3 bedrooms in a comparably priced and comparably located VRBO we had stayed in the previous week.
We were pleasantly surprised to have daily housekeeping.
The hotel is on a secluded street but there is a bar next to the hotel that can be quite loud at night. The area around the hotel is very lively --right by the Rialto bridge. There are lots of shops, restaurants and diversions quite nearby.
Not the best property to travel with small children. There's a bar downstairs that can be a bit loud but overall tolerable. Lots of people gather at this venue and at the entrance of the hotel. The AC didn’t work well. It gets very hot. The staff was helpful by getting us a fan.
Great location to stay in Venice. Shower was really small and A/C did not cool below 25C so it was uncomfortable to sleep. Staff did nothing to resolved the issue. Felt I was cheated out of what I paid for, and they had the gall to bill me for a bottle of water.

Not bad for Venice
Small but considerably modern (updated) for Venice. A/C couldn’t get cooler than 23 Celsius which was not cool enough for me to sleep comfortably. Tiny shower by decent size bathroom. The elevator was appreciated!
I didn’t like that I had to leave the card to open my door at the front desk every time I left the hotel.
