This was a gorgeous hotel! Staff were fantastic and helped us arranged water taxis. The breakfast was excellent. The view was beautiful. My only issue was we rented a 2 bedroom and it was on the second floor with no elevator. They helped us with luggage but with a guest that has difficulty walking up the stairs it was a challenge

The location was excellent on the grand Canal with the private boat dock. The staff were very helpful and gracious. The breakfast was elegant, delicious and included. The property was Tastefully decorated and Modern. Even the hall, door and stairways were stunning. This was the best part of our stay in Venice.

We had a wonderful stay here when we were last in Venice (2016), therefore we had no hesitation in returning for our 2024 holiday. Although 8 years have passed between stays this hotel remains superb from start to finish. Easy check-in, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and the room was very comfortable, with clean bedding each day and a refreshing shower. We were lucky to have a Grand Canal view room (207) and the view was fantastic. The windows were sound-proofed so we slept very well in the comfortable bed. The location is also excellent with a pier outside for the airport transfer drop-off/pick-up and well within strolling distance of many very good restaurants and all of the major sites. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful property!! The support staff is excellent and knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful. The property is close to the Rialto bridge but still far from the crowd. Good and drinks here are excellent. Breakfast is best I have ever had in a hotel. If I ever go back to Venice, I’ll be definitely staying here.

Lovely annexe room. Amazing views and lovely staff. Really enjoyed breakfast too. Just a very minor point and we didnt ask and likely should have: Be good to have more than one key so that half the party can go home easily without another following and going up and down to keep the key. Loved the place great location and service too
