Property was lovely - modern, clean and a real high-end feel to it. Situated in a lovely location, it was quiet and on the waterfront but within easy walking distance to St Mark’s Square. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in particular is lovely with a great range on offer.

The hotel was in a relatively quiet area so you’ll have to do a fair bit of walking to get to the more exciting spots. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. The edges of the bathtub were way too high for my elderly mother so she would have to sit and swing her legs over the tub to get in, and on top of that there was only a half glass partition so water would splash out. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

This was my favourite hotel during my stay in Italy. Extremely kind and friendly staff, beautiful rooms, very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel is also very wheelchair accessible and just steps away from the accessible vaporetto.

The hotel is a great place with perfect accommodations. We walked about 20 minutes to get to the center of Venice. The taxi option and public transportation is outside the door.

Nice hotel on the water
Very nice hotel! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We checked in early and our room was ready. The hotel is between two vaporetto stops, so it makes it easy to use the public transit!

What a lovely hotel. Everything is spotless, and so well maintained. Rooms are very quiet. The location is convenient to so many dining options and shops. Since it is waterfront it also has direct access to water taxis and ferries to get you to and from the airport, trains and busses. As far as the staff goes they are top notch - the best we've interacted with in Italy so far. Vincent at the hotel bar is a truly fanatic bartender and wonderful person. We miss him already. We will absolutely return.
