Apartment is beautiful inside and very well kept. There is no elevator and we were on the 4th floor but that is very common in Italy. Overall a great place to stay

What an elegant place to stay! Close to attractions and very safe neighborhood. The feel of the apartment is classy 💕 cute, roomy place to stay; our family of 5 felt very comfortable !

The location is fenomenal, just a few blocks away from La Academia bridge, vaporetto station, tons of shops and restaurants. The apartment was amazing! Beautifully renovated, very clean, super comfortable beds, full and well equipped kitchen, stylish bathrooms with colorful glass sinks. We really enjoyed the view to the canal. Great customer service, even though we didn’t meet anyone “in person”, the whole process was smooth and there was always someone to answer questions by phone and email.

This property was extremely spacious, clean and in a good location. It was the perfect space for our family of 9 (including kids.) The front desk was EXTREMELY accommodating and check in was an easy and efficient process.

What a great property very spacious. We had three adults and three children, and everybody had enough space. Also, it was located in a great area very safe very friendly neighbourhood with lots of restaurant options and shops. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel apartment is very spacious and close to water bus line #1 Academia stop which makes commute to and from Venezia San Lucia train station a breeze. The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again.

Mit gutem Gewissen zu empfehlen
Schöne geschmackvoll renovierte Wochnung an toller Lage. 3 Min. zu Fuss zum Canal Grande (Vaporetti Accademia) 1km zu Fuss zum Markusplatz. Das einzig negative, man hört jeden Schritt der anderen Wohnungen und vom Treppenhaus.

L‘ appartamento e‘ meraviglioso, dispone di tutto ed e’ perfetto per 4 persone, famiglia opp due coppie.
