Was very clean and comfortable in a very nice part of town with great restaurants near by and far enough away from crowds to be the perfect spot!!! Excellent breakfast and service highly recommended for a great stay in venice!!!

This hotel is old, the staff is great and breakfast is fine, could use more vegetarian options. Water taxis are expensive and the ferries were crowded, if you like to walk a lot it is totally fine. For us it was a little hard as it was super hot and we were completely jet lagged, so we wish we had picked something closer to the main areas…

This hotel was a gem in a quiet area of the beaten path. Farther away from tourist traps. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Staff were kind and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was fresh with a decent variety. I would recommend arrangements in advance to aid with luggage if traveling with large suitcases as bridge traverses were challenging. I would stay here again!

This is the best hotel to stay at in Venice. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it’s only about a 20 min walk to St Marks square. The area is quiet and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL!!! I would stay here again anytime

Our room was beautiful. In the center of the room was a large Venetian glass chandelier. The hotel made all arrangements for transfer to and from the hotel and actually accompanied us to the water taxi and assisting with luggage. A delicious breakfast was served as part of our room rate. Staff were also very accommodating.

A chic, understated, quiet, small hotel within easy walking distance from the train station and near a vaporetto stop. The property is immaculate. Staff are courteous, warm, and helpful. Rooms are elegant, comfortable and well-maintained. Great showers! Breakfast had everything one could want. The neighborhood is very desirable since it is well off the tourist track but easy walking distance to other parts of the city. I will definitely return for my next trip to Venice. Thank you!

Very good service. Room needs soundproofing as all sounds in the hallway are heard in the room. Very dark lighting in room. Shower drain drains slowly. But location is nice.

When we checked in Riccardo (one of the managers) welcomed us and explained everything, gave us a map and showed us restaurants, places to visit, etc. He made sure we had all we needed every day! The breakfast was amazing! Cappuccino, espresso, several milk options, cereals, meats, eggs, bacon, sausage, juices, 4 different types of croissants… The room was beautiful and clean, we wished it had a seating area for 2 people, but our room didn’t. However, they have a patio area with tables and chairs and outdoor furniture. They also have a bar service starting at 5pm and Mateo and other waiters were very helpful. They always made something we loved. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe, yet there are many restaurant options. Rialto Bridge is 10-15 min away walking and St. Mark square 25 minutes. To get to the hotel you need a water taxi, like most things in Venice. The hotel can help you arrange it and they will also help with suitcases if needed. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I strongly recommend this hotel!
