The houseboat has a washer/dryer. The back deck has a commercial ice maker, patio tables & chairs, and a propane grill. Parking is available directly in front of the houseboat. The houseboat has boat access, so the captain of your fishing charter can pick you up directly from the houseboat in the morning. Worth it!

The property was very clean, very roomy and very accomodating. 9 adult guys stayed and had plenty of room for everyone. The ac stays on top of the heat. The location was quiet and the view was nice. Would definitely recommend!!!!! Thank you!!!
