This spacious apartment is located in a 350-year-old manor house in the centro storico of the small, authentic community of Vercana, right on the hiking trail. The historic village is located about 150 meters above the lake, on a sunny terrace on the southern slope of the western shore of the upper Lake Como, above the popular holiday resort of Domaso. In the two small grocery stores, two bars, a pizzeria and an agriturismo restaurant you will find everything your heart desires, as well as wonderful peace and quiet! With its long beach and diverse sports and entertainment options, Domaso is a highlight for water sports enthusiasts.

The southern climate with the pleasant air and water temperatures, the shimmering lake and the picturesque villages make the region a little paradise.
