The TV in the room I was initially given did not work. There seemed to be only one person on the desk, so it took way too long for her to come to room and verify that the TV was inoperable. Then it took way too long to be assigned to another room with a working TV., On the morning I checked out, I got to the breakfast room 15 minutes before it was scheduled to close. The only food remaining were one serving of scrambled eggs and sausage that were way passed their prime. Unacceptable.

The young lady at the front desk is not trained in customer service. I had an issue with the battery in the smoke alarm chirping I asked to have it corrected finally after a threat to call the fire department come and change the battery someone came and unplugged it, so the night was spent with no alarm in the room. She also claimed someone knock on my door I must not have heard the knock so because I did not answer I was not going to get it replaced.

The only entry and exit into and from the building is the main entry. Door at the end of a long hallway is alarmed and for emergencies only. Very inconvenient when you are at the end of the hallway. Breakfast had people complaining there was no bagels, bread and only a few apples. They had a toaster and cream cheese and packets of jams however. The rooms were very clean and the beds were good. I had to program the TV before we could watch anything.

There were no grab bars in the shower area which, as a mature person, would have made me feel safer while showering! Otherwise, everything was neat and tidy and efficiently arranged. Bed was wonderful for a good night's sleep.

The location was fine. We were disappointed in the breakfast which was completely missing every morning of our stay. No coffee. No milk or juice. No oatmeal. No fruit. No food. The room was ok but cleanliness was an issue. The carpet had stains. Of most concern was the bathroom. Although acceptably clean the shower curtain was ripped on every grommet, the light overhead flickered constantly and the shower head was not attached to the shower wall. Overall acceptable but we will not return to this hotel our next time in Vernal.

My room was filthy. Super disgusting. after traveling so long just to get to a dirty room… and i had to let them know to clean it? crazy that’s disgusting half assing everything. my jet tub didn’t even work and that’s the whole point. Plus the jets were super nasty. No customer service at the front. Really disappointed. Never staying here again rather stay at a motel.

Staff wasnt available for any help, stood at counter and used telephone provided to tru to get coffee for our room and there was no anwser. Ended uo having to either wait till breakfast was open or use vending machine. Then once breakfast was open the coffee was horrible, rather would have gone to McDonald's. Poor service, even though bed was comfortable and room was satisfactory. Wouldnt choose to stay here again

When we got to the property, we’re pretty happy because it was older, but it was clean and it actually smelled good. We spent over $300 for our weekend which was supposed to be a nice relaxing weekend. The problems we had were the TV was broken. We asked them to come in and fix it, they couldn’t get it fixed and they didn’t give us another TV nor another room so sad Friday night we just laid in our bed looking at our phones relaxing and watching TV. So then we thought they would fix it Saturday. Same thing happened Saturday night very boring after we came back to the room no TV to watch just sitting and looking at our phones again a very, very discouraging weekend , that was not good. The breakfast the breakfast is really not good. The eggs were cold. The sausage was cold. They had no yogurts. The breakfast was not good so we were needlessly to say very disappointed and the other things that did not work in the rooms were the lamp did not work and hardly any of the outlets on the lamps for charging your phone worked , but it was clean. People were pretty nice and the people were pretty nice.

Older hotel with some recent renovations but still felt a bit run down. Carpeting was worn, shower curtain was tattered. Breakfast was sub-par with instant coffee and just a couple of hot options. I wouldn't say that it was a horrible experience, but I won't be rushing back to stay here again.

When we arrived we waited at the desk for 20 minutes trying to call the number provided as well as the manager number. Another 5 people arrived so i wandered around the building yelling out then i had to go into the employee/laundry area in order to find someone and let them know that we needed to check in. The room itself was nice and breakfast was adequate.

Just an average hotel. Breakfast was ok, beds were comfortable. Staff was nice but didn’t seem like they liked their jobs. Pool was small, good for 4 year olds. We stayed in the bottom level where pets are allowed and there was many stains on the carpet. Toilet clogged easily but was otherwise clean.
