I arrived at 3am and nobody was there. They left four( very used) room key cards on the counter. There was a phone that said “ dial 0”. When the Pakistani attendant answered, I couldn’t understand him and he refused to come down stairs. Checked my reservation number and told me to “ pick a card”. At that point I said I need someone to come downstairs. I grabbed a cup of coffee from their “ coffee canister” and it was ice cold. So I went out the front door and dumped it in the parking lot. When I came back inside he was standing there and proceeded to scold me using very fowl language about how I dumped my coffee outside. He then refused to give me my “ paid in full for four nights”. Then decided he could no longer speak English and cussed me out.

Carpets need cleaned. It was dirty and gross. Not sure the vacuum works either. Floor had stuff on it.

I liked the cleanliness and the quiet. What I didn't like was the breakfast was out of eggs and sausage for about an hour and that was beginning around 8 am. Many of the customers were complaining out loud. When they did replenish the eggs, they did not replenish the sausage and several people including me were very disappointed.

I came in for business and was greeted eventually by the front desk. When I got to my room the remote to the TV battery was out so explaining to front desk what I needed was 2 AA batteries he was confused and said "are you sure" I've been reading for over 60 years and could understand the message batteries low. The bathtub had mold around it and drapes were falling down.

Price was good, but there was no attendant at desk. Had to use phone to get a person. Got into our two rooms & one had a dirty towel hanging on the shower bar & a cracked/scarred up bathroom door. Second room had a LOT of long black hair all over the bathroom floor & other debris of some sort in the corner. I usually don't make much fuss over things, but decided to go down to front desk to ask them to sanitize it. Again, I had to call on the phone & was told that we could switch rooms, but it was late at night & we were road weary. Then we were told that someone would come attend to the room right away. We waited 15 minutes & went back down to the desk phone to say that we wanted to go to bed, so not to send anyone. My husband was told that the room attendant had been called & was driving back to work to clean it. However, the night attendant himself ended up showing up at the room shortly thereafter. He cleaned the hair & used sanitizer, but the other debris was still present. He had a pleasant demeaner, so I can't fault him on that account. In the morning, when my husband used the shower, we discovered that the tub wouldn't drain, so I went to shower in the other room we had also rented. The non-slip permanent tub mat & shower curtain were stained & icky. The beds were comfy enough & sheets were clean. Overall, design of rooms & furniture were attractive. The noise from main road was a bit noisy. Not unbearable, but disappointing!

The TV in the room I was initially given did not work. There seemed to be only one person on the desk, so it took way too long for her to come to room and verify that the TV was inoperable. Then it took way too long to be assigned to another room with a working TV., On the morning I checked out, I got to the breakfast room 15 minutes before it was scheduled to close. The only food remaining were one serving of scrambled eggs and sausage that were way passed their prime. Unacceptable.

The young lady at the front desk is not trained in customer service. I had an issue with the battery in the smoke alarm chirping I asked to have it corrected finally after a threat to call the fire department come and change the battery someone came and unplugged it, so the night was spent with no alarm in the room. She also claimed someone knock on my door I must not have heard the knock so because I did not answer I was not going to get it replaced.

The only entry and exit into and from the building is the main entry. Door at the end of a long hallway is alarmed and for emergencies only. Very inconvenient when you are at the end of the hallway. Breakfast had people complaining there was no bagels, bread and only a few apples. They had a toaster and cream cheese and packets of jams however. The rooms were very clean and the beds were good. I had to program the TV before we could watch anything.

There were no grab bars in the shower area which, as a mature person, would have made me feel safer while showering! Otherwise, everything was neat and tidy and efficiently arranged. Bed was wonderful for a good night's sleep.

The location was fine. We were disappointed in the breakfast which was completely missing every morning of our stay. No coffee. No milk or juice. No oatmeal. No fruit. No food. The room was ok but cleanliness was an issue. The carpet had stains. Of most concern was the bathroom. Although acceptably clean the shower curtain was ripped on every grommet, the light overhead flickered constantly and the shower head was not attached to the shower wall. Overall acceptable but we will not return to this hotel our next time in Vernal.

My room was filthy. Super disgusting. after traveling so long just to get to a dirty room… and i had to let them know to clean it? crazy that’s disgusting half assing everything. my jet tub didn’t even work and that’s the whole point. Plus the jets were super nasty. No customer service at the front. Really disappointed. Never staying here again rather stay at a motel.
