Great property - lovely room - very clean and modern ! The staff were very lovely and accommodating ! The location is absolutely perfect right in the middle of everything - such a walkable city ! Would definitely recommend staying here ! And make sure to check out the views from the roof top !

We were happy with the room and the staff were over whelmingly attentive. The rooftop bar overlooks the arena. The sunset with spritzes were magnificent. The location is superb. Local eaterries are everywhere...just pick one.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Walls are a bit thin and you can hear some of your neighbors but that didn’t bother us. Also, go to the terrace bar for a drink where you have an amazing view of the arena!

The breakfast, though not included was made a reasonable option for us, which was lovely, and I loved the staff! They were so helpful, professional and fun to be around. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The shower had changing lights (in addition to regular light bulbs), which was relaxing Anna water pressure was spot on!! The patio/balcony was great size and enjoyable (though it was 40 degrees outside).

Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special.

Friendly and helpful staff in the heart of Verona

Great location in the heart of Verona. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They arranged a private winery tour and transportation for us with ease. They also helped us with dinner reservations. What a great staff!

Amazing Accidental Find

what a great last minute find. We originally book to stay at an offsite apartment of the hotel but went to wrong location. They were able to switch the accomodations and so convenient to everything. Super friendly staff. The view from roof top bar was amazing for late night drink or two! cant say enough about service and comfort of the room.. My wife is a light sleeper and slept through the night without waking up once 12pm check out is hard ro find and great for train hopping travelers like us.

Our stay at the Hotel Milano & Spa was excellent. The staff were top notch, the rooms are a good size, beds are extremely comfortable, and in hotel breakfast was yummy! Would recommend highly and would stay again if we return to Verona.
