Perfect Location to visit Verona
We chose the hotel because of it's location, 15 minute walk to the train station and bus connecting to the airport. Bus to airport is around 8 euros. Perfectly located to get to the center of the city, too, if you are OK with walking, we didn't take public transportation or taxes, and went all the way to the Castel San Pietro, on top of the hill with the viewpoint. Everything in the hotel was clean and modern, they have bikes that you can borrow for free to get to the center, if you prefer that

Beware of Accessible Room
Booked Accessible Room by mistake, no fault of the hotel. So, please be warned, unless you want to deal with a wet slippery toilet. Staff were helpful and kind. Keep up the good work.

We arrived at midday soaked and in the middle of a downpour which lasted most of the day. Sylvia at reception looked after us very well. She recommended a good lunch venue near the hotel. We came back soaked again and later decided not to go out for an evening meal. Sylvia organised a carry out from the restaurant she had earlier recommended for our meal.

Although a 20 minute walk to central Verona, it is very easy to get there by foot or bus. The staff is extremely accommodating and the location near the train station is convenient. The rooms are simple, clean, modern, and standard size.

Property is suitable for a stay in Verona for those not wanting to stay within the city. Close to the train. Are is a little dark at night.

Great staff, great location, poor comfort
Positives - the room was clean, the bed was big.  The staff are excellent, and were very helpful in moving us rooms when our original one was attacked by a plague of mosquitoes. Negatives - the air conditioning unit makes an exceedingly annoying whirring sound all night, but it was too warm to sleep without it. Similarly, the bedside phone has the most annoying blue light, that kept me up until I disconnected it. The mattress was quite hard, and the pillow extremely thin. All things together meant it was not a great night's sleep. Basically it's a commuter hotel, if light and a/c noise and hard mattresses don't bother you, it's fine.

The front desk was phenomenal! They helped get me settled and had a lovely cafe to order drinks and snacks late. They were so nice and eager to help me plan out my next few days. As I ate in the lobby, I overheard how nice and helpful they were with other guests as well. The rooms were clean and spacious and the shower was very nice. 10/10
