An ideal location for the old town was a good starting point but the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff was a major plus point and we would not look anywhere else if we were in Verona again.

The staff was very friendly and showed us straight to our room even though we arrived a bit before check in time. They lent us cushions for the opera which was a very nice perk. Breakfast was very good with many options. We also enjoyed having air conditioning that worked very well. We would recommend this to anyone visiting Verona.

Best location to explore Verona.
Elegant & friendly staffs willing to help & make your stay comfortable. 1. Location is perfect: few minutes walk from train station and also few minutes walk to the Arena where at night nearby restaurants with outside seating's turn the piazza into a lively interesting place to walk, seat and eats. 2. Hotel is secure with double entrance doors & floors access by tenants in that floor only. 3 It's a heat wave in mid June and Air Conditioning make the stay comfortable. 4. Our room floor is not quite clean that why I gave it a 4.

Wonderful stay
We loved Relias Empire in Verona. It’s located close to P.za Bra which was such a great place for passagiata. The hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was really big and really well decorated, with plenty of sockets, the breakfast was excellent and it was in a very good location too. Close to the main city centre and to the station, making it convenient for both, I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast buffet included bacon, scrambled eggs, mini sausages, various pastries, gluten free options and all the standard continental offering too. As a Brit I really appreciate being able to get bacon and eggs in the morning and it's far from a given in most of Europe so I wanted to highlight that in this hotel it's worth getting up for the included breakfast
