You will find a spacious 5-room apartment spanning 110 square meters across two levels on the 6th floor. The comfortable and tastefully furnished living/sleeping area features a double sofa bed and a dining table, with an exit leading to the balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and provides access to the balcony. The second bedroom accommodates 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and also offers an exit to the balcony. The third bedroom comes with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a balcony exit. The fourth room has sloping ceilings and is furnished with 2 beds. Additionally, there is a gallery area with a TV.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set (cheese).
